A practical example:
A leading machine manufacturer wanted to speed up the quotation process, reduce manual activities and improve cooperation between sales, technology and management. The aim was to significantly reduce processing times and create a consistent, digital solution.
In this project, Liquam has developed a tailor-made digital platform that consistently structures and automates the offer process. After an analysis of the existing processes, weak points were identified and a workflow design was created that combines the requirements of sales, technology and management.
The solution enables the structured recording of inquiries, automates standard processes such as calculations or approvals, and brings together all relevant information centrally. A dashboard ensures transparency about the status of offers and identifies bottlenecks at an early stage.
The platform can be flexibly extended — for example with interfaces to ERP or CRM systems, a connection to product configurators or reporting modules for management.
