Together with the customer, Liquam has developed a structured process for software selection and implementation that is tailored to the specific requirements of the company — vendor-independent, objective and practice-oriented.
A practical example:
A medium-sized machine manufacturer was looking for a new solution for offer and order management. The aim was to find software that optimizes existing processes, integrates seamlessly into the ERP system and creates a sustainable basis for digitization.
Objective selection: Independent advice without commitment to specific providers.
Tailored solutions: Systems are tested for technical, and economic requirements.
Transparency: Clear criteria catalogues, structured evaluations and reliable recommendations.
Less risk: Avoiding expensive wrong decisions and bad investments.
Efficiency in implementation: Support from selection to implementation and training.
Future security: Taking scalability, integration capabilities and technological trends into account.
In this project, Liquam has developed a structured selection and implementation process. After an analysis of the existing processes, requirements and IT landscape, the professional and technical criteria were defined together with the customer. On this basis, suitable providers and systems were identified, evaluated and compared in a neutral selection process.
Liquam supported the customer from vendor selection to contract negotiation to technical implementation — including integration into existing systems and user training. The solution is designed in such a way that it grows with the company's requirements and can be flexibly adapted, e.g. during subsequent expansions or international rollouts.
