Many companies recognize the potential of artificial intelligence, but are faced with the question of how they can use AI strategically and effectively. There is often no clear roadmap as to which use cases deliver real added value, which technologies are suitable and how AI can be sustainably integrated into existing structures — taking into account data protection, compliance and technical feasibility.
Together with the customer, Liquam developed a tailor-made AI strategy and supported its implementation — from analysis of the status quo to technology selection and integration into existing processes.
A practical example:
A medium-sized technology company wanted to systematically design its entry into AI and tap into potential for process optimization, automation and new business models. The aim was to develop a reliable roadmap and introduce the first AI solutions on a pilot basis.
In this project, Liquam has developed a structured approach that enables the development and implementation of the AI strategy. After an analysis of digital maturity, processes and the database, potentials were identified and prioritized. Together with the customer, a roadmap was created — with lighthouse projects, pilot phases and a plan for company-wide scaling.
Liquam supported the selection of suitable technologies, from on-premise AI to cloud-based solutions, and ensured integration into existing systems. Training and change management measures rounded off the project. The solution is modular and enables the gradual expansion of AI applications throughout the company.
